Our Mission
The mission of CSPBIRD is to promote mutual understanding across religious divides, foster religious tolerance, and encourage mutual cooperation for a sustainable and peaceful society. The Centre’s work is rooted in educating individuals and communities about the common and shared human, religious, and cultural values that can serve as pathways to social integration and peaceful coexistence.
Our Guiding Philosophy
As Rabbi Jack Bemporad wisely stated, “The only way is to understand one another, and that’s the whole point of our Center – to try to bring about better understanding and a feeling that there is some fundamental common humanity that we have to respect when dealing with the other.” This philosophy underscores our efforts to bridge divides and foster interfaith dialogue.
